It depends on where your licence is from. UAE residents: Emirates ID, UAE licence and residence visa. Visitors from GCC countries: passport, UAE visa and your GCC licence (no international permit needed). Visitors from anywhere else: passport, UAE visa, home-country licence and an International Driving Permit. A credit card is required for the security deposit. Minimum driver age is 23; drivers aged 18 to 23 may be accepted for an additional fee, and some vehicle classes require a higher age shown on the car page.
The deposit covers RTA fines, tolls, theft and any damage not covered by insurance. If you paid by credit card it is a hold, not a charge: the bank releases it automatically, normally within 21 days of the car being returned and inspected. Cash deposits are returned within 30 days, with any transfer fee borne by the renter.
A credit card is the standard requirement for the security deposit. For long-term rentals or repeat clients, we can arrange alternative options. Please reach out to our concierge.
Door-step delivery and collection are complimentary anywhere in Dubai. Deliveries to other emirates may carry a small chauffeur fee. Your concierge will confirm before pickup.
Comprehensive insurance, 24/7 roadside assistance, 250 km/day mileage and basic Salik (toll) usage. Fuel, fines and excess mileage are billed at cost.
Two days. Every reservation covers a minimum of two rental days, and weekly or monthly rates apply automatically for longer bookings.
250 km per day are included. Additional kilometres are billed at the rate stated in your rental agreement, calculated at return.
Full to full. The car is delivered with a full tank and should be returned full; if it is not, refuelling is billed at cost.
No. Cross-border travel, including Oman, is not permitted with our vehicles. Insurance cover ends at the UAE border.
UAE VAT of 5% applies and is shown on your invoice together with our tax registration details.
Salik toll gates are billed at their actual cost per crossing. Traffic fines issued during your rental are passed on at cost with an administrative handling fee, after we confirm them with Dubai Police and the RTA.
Our rentals are self-drive. The registered driver on the agreement is the only person permitted to drive the car.
Yes, for a fee, but the additional driver has to be added to the insurance policy at the start of the rental and must present the same documents as the main driver. A driver who is not on the agreement is not insured.
It depends on where your licence was issued. UAE residents drive on their UAE licence. Visitors holding a GCC licence do not need an international driving permit. Visitors from anywhere else need their home-country licence together with an International Driving Permit.
Yes, and most of our clients do. You reserve online, upload your documents for verification remotely, and the car is delivered to your hotel or residence in Dubai on arrival.
Cancellations are accepted up to at least 24 hours before pickup. Where a refund applies it is processed within 7 to 10 business days. Date or vehicle changes are handled by the concierge, subject to availability.
Do not move the vehicle. Call 999, wait for the police and obtain a police report, then contact us. Without a police report the insurance cover does not apply. Roadside assistance is available 24/7.
Yes. Returns to a different address in Dubai can be arranged, and airport returns carry a minimum drop-off fee confirmed before your rental starts.
